Terms of Service

1. Studio Reservations & Rates

Bookings are made for designated time blocks (e.g. 2-hour sessions starting at 190 EUR). The booked time includes setup, vocal mic testing, and file handoff. Arriving late does not extend the session duration if back-to-back studio bookings follow.

2. Ownership of Content

The client retains 100% full copyright, intellectual property, and commercial distribution rights to all audio recordings, video footage, and creative concepts recorded in our studio. fentrenvi claims no ownership or royalty stake in client productions.

3. Studio Equipment & Conduct

All studio microphones (Shure SM7B), consoles, cameras, and softbox lights are maintained in broadcast-ready condition. Clients and their guests agree to treat equipment with care. Willful damage or gross negligence is the financial responsibility of the booking organizer.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• More than 48 hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling to any open calendar slot.
• Less than 48 hours notice: 50% reservation retention fee, as studio engineer hours and rooms are locked.

5. Media Backup & Handoff

We provide immediate file transfer via external USB-C drive or cloud download link. While fentrenvi maintains a complimentary 30-day safety backup on local storage, clients are solely responsible for archiving their master files once delivered.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
