We collect only the personal information you knowingly provide when communicating with our studio or requesting a session:
- Direct Inquiries: Your name, email address, phone number, show title, and scheduling requirements.
- Production Media: Voice recordings, multitrack stems, and video footage produced during your rented studio session. These files are treated as confidential intellectual property belonging exclusively to the client.
3. Google Ads Tag & Consent Mode v2
This website integrates the Google Ads tag (AW-18439709158) for marketing attribution. In accordance with Google Consent Mode v2 and privacy best practices:
- By default,

5. Media Storage & Confidentiality
Recorded raw audio and video stems are archived on secure local raid storage for 30 days following your session to allow for re-downloads, after which unedited raw scratch files may be deleted unless a long-term archiving agreement has been established.

Under Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA), you have the right to request access to any personal information we hold, request corrections, or request deletion of your correspondence history by emailing [email protected].
